Led by our expert, Wojtek, the first step involved removing the old carpeting and thoroughly cleaning the area of all remnants like staples and nails. This careful cleaning ensured a perfect base for the renovation.
Wojtek then proceeded to smooth out the surface by sanding and filling any holes, ensuring the wood was ready for the new finish. He chose a sophisticated antique brown stain to bring out the richness of the wood, followed by a water-based, low-VOC finish that not only looks beautiful but is also environmentally friendly.
The project concluded with precise painting and the application of a glossy final coat, extending over three days with an additional day dedicated to these finishing touches. Our clients, who were very friendly throughout the process, were delighted with the transformation.
